After months and months and months of my failed predictions, I think this corner will be done “soon”.
It looks like they are planning for a spring opening. No rush to open the park for the winter now. Is the rendered skating rink still in the plans or is that CBIC competing with TD Union Station for the temporary pop up skating market?

The east side excavation has appeared to temporarily or permanently end from Yonge street. Maybe they couldn’t continue to block the traffic with the excavator and trucks impinging on the southbound lanes.
While on the west side, it will be interesting to watch the excavation or mining under the electrical lines passing through the property, which are now incased in concrete at grade. Sounds like the engineering/excavation of the remaining earth in this section could be on the taxpayer‘s dime or some sort of concession based on this article. Or my take on it.
