You know architectsAlliance firm is not the most creative in the city.
They mostly design boxy building without charm.

I think it is serious and is based on some inside knowledge which cannot be enlarged on at present by the poster involved.

That's an understatement. Chelsea Hotel is one of the 50 largest hotels in the world which isn't part of a Casino (basically remove Vegas, Atlantic City, and Macau), and the largest in Toronto with 200 more rooms than the Sheraton or Fairmont.

Actually, it's the 3rd largest (on Wiki's world largest hotels list) that will have closed; about 40 rooms larger than the Stardust Casino.
