This is a nice looking building, but if I were buying a unit in this or the (much uglier) older siblings immediately to the east, I would pick the buildings to the east 1000x over. The units there are some of the largest in a newish condo in the GTA and have plenty of amenities. This one's unit layouts are terrible owing to the structural gymnastics needed to get this form.
