This one feels like it's ground to a halt. I would assume they are keeping this in development to delay how long it sits unleased
 
^This has been tearing along and I believe that it’s been fully leased. Is this a bot?🤖 So confused these days; but why bother with a site like this?
 
If you have any leasing updates please do share. I haven't seen any indication that it's leased, let alone fully leased.

Oh no! I’m going off of what I heard several months ago as far as the tenant goes so you are likely more current! But the physical building is nearing completion as I passed by last week.

So what did you hear several months ago? That interested tenants were touring? Because I haven't heard of any lifesciences tenants looking to lease in the Toronto market at all.
