Gee, to think that not many years ago we were drooling over Casa-1 :cool:
I found them to be plain and boring, other than the top for Casa II & III.

At least Casa I looks different than II & III, otherwise straight cookie cutter.
 
Basic supply and demand. There is no incentive for developers to introduce creative designs. Sad.

You'd think there would be due to the number of developers in Toronto and competition for customers. We have seen a gradual increase in creativity and quality over the last 10 years but surprisingly we still get a lot of banality too.

I suppose some people just don't care what things look like and developers know that.
 
People who choose to live in these structures tend to enjoy looking out... not so much beholding what the building itself looks like from the street.
