This really is a pleasant surprise considering the location. The rounded building creates a surprising gateway to the urbanized wall along Weston Road. Hopefully the public realm at ground level creates enough of an animated streetscape to sustain the retail at grade.

If the original proposal for the 7 Centrillum Emery Village building had gone though as planned this would already be a vibrant part of the City.

Hi I couldn't find much info online on how to sign up and rent one of these units. Can anyone direct me to the right direction. Thank you!!
 
Who wouldve thought that a Casa development in the suburbs of Toronto would be better executed, then a Casa development right in the core of the city. This development looks great.
 
I don't know about that. The architecture here is catalog quality from the cornices to the lentils to the curved window on the corner, the bow at the midpoint and the top two floors as entirely window wall. Makes everything aA has designed totally original and unique.

Agreed. I'm not a big fan of the Casa facsimiles on Charles Street, but a Casa-type tower (or two) could have been quite stunning at this location. This is dreck. Not fugly dreck, but still dreck.

There are still two things in its favour, at least: the rounded south end could still look quite good, and it's a new development in an area that could use it.

Does anyone know the exact acres for the entire project site? (includes all phases, retail space, parking, roads, public square etc.)

I can't find anything in the city documents that states this.
