    It's worth noting that Carlyle have stated that the building has changed since the rezoning submission. Same dimensions, different aesthetics.

    I would be interested to see how the design has changed!

    As for the OMB appeal, I wonder what went awry. In the timeline below, it seemed like they were working on some issues with the staff that revolved more around design than actual height/density:

    Yup, I definitely like how the ground levels are more urbanistically fine-grained than in other local developments.

    Updated the database file to 38 storeys and the equivalent of 122.8 m. 72 feet shorter than before. 505 sq metres per floor—quite slender. Previously 435 units, down to 246.

    It will be interesting to see how this goes, especially since it's now aligning with the heights of its neighbours. I'm quite impressed with the development of the podium and streetscape. It's currently a cold corner on that block.
