Although this project finished in last place among its 10-19 storeys group in the UT Best of 2022 poll, I do have a soft spot for it. Overall, it's a B-minus for me. And I find it to be interestingly mediocre, with the textured precast sections giving it some subtle distinction especially when viewed up close. The window wall despite being rather heavy handed with the spandrel, is still generally congruent IMO.
 
I don’t mind this. The only criticism is the ground level treatment. Although the application says commercial they look like residential. However they may be live/work units. Also there is nothing preventing them from being converted later on. Pics taken 11 March.
