deep facade reveals FTW every time. only drawback is i believe here they are functionless for the interiors. anyone have a typical podium unit plan to see how these play out?

This is as detailed as the docs got that were supplied to the City, but it does appear that these spaces are available to the units.

I'm still new to construction/architecture terms but are the white panels considered 'precast concrete'?
I'm glad to be seeing more of it in Toronto buildings, the other prominent build with it being The Well.
