Toronto Canary District Condominiums | 35.96m | 11s | DundeeKilmer | KPMB

The building in white above are what ? Not planned yet. Also where is the housing going for the athletes, not the canary district condos I believe, but others that will be converted / sold afterwords ?

Three cranes are up now for the construction of the George Brown College student residence; YMCA, and Canary District condo building on the north side of Front Street East.

this area will become a literal sea of condos in the next 3 years. I am guessing that there will be 10-15 cranes!

Sea of apartment buildings.

Canary District is on the south side. The other crane is for non-market towers.

Wow a lot of redeeming qualities here ! Particularly from the street facing front, very impressed !

Looks good, very Euopean!

No rusting hydro poles, no wood poles with staples all over, no hydro wires, no patched up sidewalks. Refreshing...
