Positives....
-its the typical long narrow tubes type of condo but the best Ive seen so far ( still its a long narrow tube)
- very well finished
- individual gas fired forced air heating

Negatives ...
-Pretty Expensive
- There is a 14 story building going up on the lot just south of it.
- uses a car elevator system ( expensive maintenance)
- no visitor parking
- bulk metered gas ( the roof top units could place a open fire pit using the buildings gas)
- no LED lighting
- not sealed double paned windows with argon, just two pane low E

That's an interesting critique. I wish we'd see newspaper articles critically evaluating developments by looking at positives and negatives from a buyer's perspective. Newspaper real estate articles have traditionally been written like advertisements for developments, describing a building's features and selling points without identifying any weaknesses.

Neat, cant wait for more of this stuff:cool:

GTA builders usher in the era of wood

Land development industry has been working to find innovative ways to design, build and market this new type of home.

The second project expected to be constructed this summer is the Cabin by BILD member Curated Properties and architect RAW Design in Toronto’s Queen West neighbourhood. The project features 25 two-storey units each with its own yard, private rooftop garden or terrace.

Today. Not seeing any wood yet. I believe this is / was supposed the first 6 story wood in the city.
