I have searched and searched the entire website for this project but could not seem to find it anywhere.
I stopped by the sales center today. I was curious to see this project that I had seen on hold for years. The town homes, semi-detached and detached homes seem to be well received. I am looking at a townhouse there. The area looks nice especially since some gentrification seems to be going on along the homes on Weston rd and on Sheppard.The project was delayed for a long while (since 2006) . Sales rep told me the city was giving them a hard time and they only just gave the go-ahead because builder threatened to call off the entire project and refund buyer's deposits. That is what I was told. I think the area (emery village) is nice and mature. it is quiet for the most part until you get to finch and Weston intersection on the north side, 401 and Weston rd on the south side and jane and sheppard on the east side where it gets a little busier.there is no west side cos sheppard ends at weston where the project is.
does anyone have any knowledge on this project? i would like to know people's opinions and insight on the project.

In reference to the architecture: gross. I sure hope they redesign these to look more modern at some point. Less schlock please.

What used to occupy this land? It's a huge area. This development is like an entire new neighbourhood. Anyways, aside from a few houses this place is pretty much finished and occupied.

None of these garages have addresses on them, so how are people supposed to know which one belongs to them?

The retail space of this project is up for lease. According to documents will open in the summer of 2016. Hopefully the drive through is for a Starbucks.

So when I read about Phase 2 of this project I was tipped off when the overview mentioned Phase 1 was still under construction. I decided to pass by the site today and this is what I found:

As the whole project (3 different builders) is almost completed and people have already moved to some of the Linvest owns, the shopping mall will start construction in the spring hopefully to open in the fall.

Starbucks and Wendy's already on board.
