I know; it's a shame. The same building heights make the area look a bit too artificial.

It does sort of look nouveau St. Jamestown in terms of the monotonous tower massing. At least this is infinitely better than M5V. I have to see that pile of garbage every day on the way to / from work.

I'm still LMAO at the cluster of buildings being the exact same height. How Toronto.

It's not overly unique. Washington D.C. is very similar. Although the context there is different for it here.

It's more common to see a cluster of same height buildings than a cluster of varying height buildings. Granted that trend reverses the higher up you go. The similar heights in the Entertainment District doesn't bother me. Is that each tower is maximum every square foot up to the height ceiling that bothers me. It's overbearing and, more importantly, doesn't leave much room for design.

I figured someone might say that. CN Tower is supposedly a structure and not a building I've been told. I like the CN Tower.

Taken alone, all of those towers looked great on paper. But an entire district of minimalist grey towers of similar proportions is boring.
