Never had a bad time at that Hooters despite the slop they serve.
 
Will the Hooters qualify as heritage when that parking lot is finally developed? And will they have to facdectomize it into the podium?

In that vein, does anyone know when the Hooters went in? The below picture (from 1996 or 1997) doesn't quite show it and the Archive's aerial imagery from 1992 doesn't show the addition on the south side of the existing, one-storey building.

Yeah, it definitely will. I know I sound like a broken record, but this lot on the south side of Richmond (bottom of your pic) really needs to be developed. I'd like to see the hunk of junk on the s/e corner go with it...
 
I agree that lot is terrible I hope something really good goes there. I agree that the back of the building fronting John looks horrible but those businesses along there are really lively and look better from John.
