Toronto The Bond | 138.68m | 42s | Lifetime | Core Architects COMPLETE

This has got to be one of the dullest buildings going up. It reminds me of 300 Front west, except this one won't (hopefully) be all grey. The rendering makes it look white on top, so I'll take that over an all grey tower, any day but it still is just a glass box. How can you get excited about that?

Hmm.

There are two figures in the CoA doc regarding a new max height, and I'm not sure which would be the new height if Lifetime gets approval to add the two storeys. Either Bond will be 138.8m/455 ft, or it will be 146.5m/480 ft.

Anyone care to lay out a convincing case for which it would be?

146.5 metres because it's taller. 138.8 metres may as well be from the last vertical addition applied for and approved by the CofA sometime last year. Both 2 and 3 show the approved height, the first addition, and the latest submission. 5 only shows 2 stages.
