Huh? Where's the other development in town that looks like this (aside from Yorkville Residences which was designed by the same architect after this one)?
 
This looks great! looks old and new, rustic and modern, classy.

I'm really surprised at how nice its turning out personally. I didn't think it was going to be that exciting

Thank you for your input, as I'm merely providing my thoughts with regards to the projects I have been viewing on Urban Toronto for some time. Perhaps joining the forum does open one to criticism.
