Partially shown in ProjectEnd's first picture I was driving past the site the other day and noticed one of the excavators had what looked like a giant lobster claw attachment that the kid in me found very appealing.

They've been doing some soil remediation maybe? ... I've noticed they've dug down about 15 feet and infilled with new soil in a couple spots near the rail line.
