Perhaps you should avoid walking in the area next time around? All you did was take a dump everywhere.

^I was hot, dehydrated and tired I finally found a public fountain just the other side of the pedestrian bridge--whew!

I do like Mimico & New Toronto--fantastic streetscape even with the pockets of poverty. I plan on going on another long walking tour this summer of the area so stay tuned for my snarky commentary

I dump on mediocre design. I praise quality design. HBS could be amazing ... with beautiful architecture, narrower street widths etc. Think River City, not Water Park City. It could still be suburban, but more pedestrian friendly. Think downtown Oakville not Uptown Oakville. It hugs the Ontario shoreline afterall--which is pretty much continuous "old Toronto" from Clarkson to Guildwood, so why not here?

I visited this area a lot when I was looking for a condo and really loved it. Its really great to see the new developments rising up instead of those old sketchy motels.

Dear Beyond The Sea dwellers, why hasn't your waterfall been working? Cheapness, or something more complex?

Also, when are you going to improve the signage? That's just about the ugliest condo signage in the city, and you don't even have Lake Shore spelled correctly. You guys can do better.
