seems weird to do this decades after it closed, and several years into a development proposal....
Don't people have their deposits locked up here? I agree its weird that the City years later comes in and does this.seems weird to do this decades after it closed, and several years into a development proposal....
It’s only weird if Stinson were actually moving things here. Balls’ in his court.Don't people have their deposits locked up here? I agree its weird that the City years later comes in and does this.
Knowing Stinson's track record, it's unlikely the proposal would have gone far.So now because of the city's designation we are going to have another building that will sit and fall down due to neglect. There was no reason for this designation at this time with a development proposal at hand. All this is going to do is add costs and kill the proposal no matter how tenuous it was to begin with.

No way Indwell has the money for all the remediation work required hereAccording to Joey Coleman on Bluesky, "there are confidential (and substantive) talks occurring to put together an affordable housing bid." Maybe Indwell? Anyway, we'll find out soon enough when the bids are unsealed.
They might if they can pick the property up for $669k.No way Indwell has the money for all the remediation work required here
