Well, not the worst design I've seen proposed for this site.

I wonder what keeps jinxing the proposals on this site, I think the first came out when I was a teen or even earlier. (decades ago)

Never seems to go anywhere.

Will this time be different?

The Coach Terminal will be gone. Last time they tried to sell units here, (before demand went through the roof), people weren't willing to by a unit across the a busy coach terminal. Can you blame them?

This parking lot can't die soon enough - one of the last eyesores on Bay. Considering it's now a rental project, construction could start very soon...
