I appreciate their attempt to do something different, but the colour/tone of the mullions and spandrel looks a bit weird or off.
A light bronze or gold/brass would look more natural, this looks more mustard-yellow (or maybe it's just the light). The yellow spandrel looks like panels of insulation that's waiting to be cladded over.
Once it's occupied and window coverings are installed the building will look much different and busier than what we see now. A metallic bronze or gold tint to both the glass and spandrel would clean up the appearance and not compete with the cool looking white precast.
 
I think it ends up showing that despite Toronto's architectural ambitions catching up with Europe, we still lack the actual will to turn said designs into reality.
