I feel this level of detail and thoughtfulness in design is rare in Toronto. Well done.

I think it's the nicest brick panelled building I've seen yet. You can always tell which buildings are using the panels because the seems are pretty obvious. But the way they designed this, the seems can't be seen due to the design.
 
Not a giant fan of the dark windows- which sort of feels like a throwback to the reddish-brown-brick-brown-mullions-tinted-glass style of the late 70s and 80s. Not a great colour combination, especially as the renderings made if feel as if the windows were more transparent and/or reflective.

Hopefully the windows look a bit lighter under different light conditions.
 
Beautiful and respectful to the historic and architecture of the district!
We need more of these and PJ Condos not the bland glass ones with no respect to the heritage or surrounding architecture
