Currently is an auto garage on the north side of Dundas St W just east of Dovercourt Rd.

Sounds promising!

So, once again, Dundas West gets 8s, Queen West gets ??? Something wrong with this picture!

The number on the building will be 1245 Dundas West, and the developer is 1245 Dundas West Inc. (or close to that). Three architectural firms were asked to submit designs, and RAW's was chosen. The design has been submitted for both zoning amendments and site plan approval. There will be neighbourhood meetings, but they have not been scheduled yet.

Let's get a closer look.
