Looks like they may being trying to start demolition on this before winter. Most of the commercial units are now empty.

The kitchen hub has closed.
The dulux paint has moved.
The salon has closed.
The denture place appears to be closed.
the Barber was still open as of yesterday.

According to the City of Toronto's permitting website the demolition permit has now been issued.

Sales centre is onsite, in the old Dulux location. Building has partially been painted pink. Will try and snap a photo if I'm by in the daylight.

Edit. Wasn't a sales centre. They simply painted the building and branded the outside to advertise the future project. Sign outside directed to sales centre on Bloor.

Construction fencing and "danger due to demolition" signs went up today. There's at least one bulldozer on site. Expect this will be torn down within next month.

They are. Queensway is partially closed on the south side at canmotor, and canmotor is closed to southbound traffic. They've been replacing water mains and supplies and such

Minor variance being sought on this to lower the amount of parking. There are some nice images and such in the materials.

Hmm, 138 spots for 210 Tenants, down from ~195 spots. I don't think the parking sold well. Mattamy was asking 70K for a spot with another $840 a year in maintenance fees.

Occupancy has been pushed from Oct 2026 to Jan 2027, based on the updates posted below.

Pictures taken March 23rd 2024. All the pipe fittings are gone, pretty sure water-mains have been replaced. Construction site has retreated back from Queensway to the building site. No excavation has started just yet.
