EOY Update: Pemberton who? Shouldn't this be changed to on-hold/cancelled? @Northern Light, any update on this situation?

They seem to have all their permits, though most of them were revised in Oct/Nov '23.

That said, this is not a large building......an if those revised permits were acted on by Jan '24.........things should be further advanced by now....

This thing has been in dire straits for what feels like well over a decade now. Not much faith remains in this ever getting completed. Unless some kind of intervention happens
