OMG, please let it happen. I dreamed about that for 6 years. Now the sea of parking between Victoria and Church will be finally gone.

Not sure that proposing 49 floors is necessary to remove parking lots but we shall see ...

It's Cityzen and aA - Peter Clewes.

I don't think that's necessary but nor will it be out of place at the location either because of the precedence set by Spire. The truth is, it is steps from the financial district and if anything is proposed, it is likely to be tall, although I personally think a 20s tower is more appropriate and 40+ are more suitable for Church north of Dundas. There doesn't appear to be much concern over shadow, school playground, St Mike's helicopter, you know, the usual stuff.

ps, I thought it was the Northwest of the intersection last night. Hope that one will be gone soon too.

The last few proposals from aA have been off the mark. I guess the biggest disappointment is the hulking mechanical box after the playful spelling of 89 Church.

It's a bit bland, but I do like how it mimics that of Spire and like how the two flank Church Street.

Disappointed this will be a rental building though (from a possible investor unit perspective).
