Why doesn't Richmond Hill want anything taller?
Because Richmond Hill, along with Oakville, both consider themselves "towns" still. It's actually kind of absurd. Markham was also a "town" until about 3 years ago, but at least they finally changed that. It speaks to the residents perceptions of where they live and what the "town" should look like.
 
Looks like an awful mishmash of a building. The addy might signify luck but the appearance of this thing is anything but fortunate.
