Nope. I made a more recent comment about the positive impact this project is going to have on a pocket of downtown that's been overlooked for decades. Also, I noted that given the area I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of design, materials and execution I'm seeing here.

100% agree with condovo’s comment. Between these developments, the moss park redevelopment and the moss park subway station, this area will be overlooked no longer.
