The development has 3 buildings, all under construction. Database separates them into 2 threads: 88 Queen (this one) and The Elm & The Ledbury (the other 2). All 3 are interconnected: 88 Queen occupies the southern half of the site.

South views have also changed a lot in the last couple of years. A new building got completed at Church and Esplanade and both Sugar Wharf buildings are very visible behind that hulking Green P parking lot.
