any rumours of which Grocery chain will be at ground level ? Sobey's CityMarket Longo's ??

at the ground floor of phase 1? It's not large enough for a full size longos or sobeys - it would have to be one of the smaller format brands like City Market.

That would certianly be nice to have in the area.

Yes, Phase 1 North Tower, I seem to recall 9,000 sqft being allocated to a "grocery" store at grade.

Phase 1 - 88 North has 1 tower, Phase 2 has 3 Towers - East & West getting ready to launch soon (Sales Centre in the works at 129 Queen Street East it appears)… no word on final and tallest South Tower
