The podium greatly improves the streetscape along Shuter. Well done! Too bad about the tower though. The random placement of the balconies looks like a skin disease to me. I get itchy looking at it.

I heard someone on site months ago mentioning Longos. The floor plate makes sense for an Urban Fresh sized store as well.
