I like the project in theory, but the facade looks incredibly dull. It’s like they’re rehashing the worst of the 1960s.

Applicant asked for a deferral at CoA yesterday to address technical issues, but there was also lots of local opposition at the hearing.

Noticed a letter from the local councillor on the file. The classic "yes, however".
