Formal Consultation was held in 2018 with the following description:
To establish a 20 storey mixed use residential building with a three storey podium with 2,647 SqM of commercial floor area, 352 dwelling units and 416 underground parking spaces.

82, 86, 98 & 100 Vine are all registered in the municipal heritage registry.

A 5-year old FC is long expired and likely will not be resulting in an application. All FCs in Hamilton expire after a year, but can be extended. Generally, I would consider any FCs from before 2021 to be dead applications.
