Adjustments have been made to the project statistics, revising density from Residential to Office uses.
In this submission, residential density has decreased from 118,731.4 sm to 116,252 sm, while Office
density has increased from 10,117.4 sm to 12,796 sm.
The project FSI has increased from 3.84 to 3.87 as a result of the addition of 929 sm of non-residential
GFA added to the GFA total. This additional GFA is to account for additional non-residential space if a
City of Toronto community space is not included in the project.
The total suite count has decreased from 1,673 units to approximately 1,477 units. This includes the
addition of 40 affordable housing units.
The number of three-bedroom units has increased from 8% to 10% for the entire site.
As a result of the revised unit count, the project statistics for vehicular and bicycle parking has been
adjusted accordingly.

The height in stories of several buildings has been revised as follows:
Building C south has been reduced from 12 to 10 stories to match other midrise buildings:
Building D east tower has been reduced from 38 to 29 storeys:
Building D west tower has been reduced from 36 to 34 stories;
Building E (Office) has been increased in height from 4 to 5 storeys.

I live a couple of blocks from this development. I'm not sure why a new elementary school has not been made a part of this or neighbouring new developments. Local schools are maxed out. I don't have an issue with the development, because this land needs densification, but there's definitely some infrastructure problems I can see coming up.

Pertinent concern for sure. With the inevitable rapid growth in the coming decade along the Leslie-Laird-Bayview sections of Eglinton, it's critical that we look towards providing the appropriate accommodations for schools and community spaces.
