The Carpenters Union has a facility in Vaughan where they train the next generation of carpenters. Pretty cool.

They also have a mockup of what should be the basis for 80 Atlantic's framework. Very big 22" x 22" and very cool looking.

With wood-framed buildings, the first storey is often poured concrete. I'm guessing that's the case here.
