i don't get it? so far it's all cement
With wood-framed buildings, the first storey is often poured concrete. I'm guessing that's the case here.
This is exactly it. The next 4 floors will be wood.
more cement being loaded now onto the 2nd floor...don't get it?
It's probably for the core.
