THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the Zoning Appeal is allowed, in part, and that former City of Toronto Zoning By-law No. 438-86, as amended, is hereby amended in the manner set out in Attachment “1” to this Order, and that Zoning By-law No. 569-2013 of the City of Toronto, as amended, is hereby amended in the manner set out in Attachment “2” to this Order. The Tribunal authorizes the municipal clerk to assign a number to these by-laws for record keeping purposes.

I love renderings where the building emits a giant glowing beacon of light into the sky 😂. I get it's to highlight the development, but it always looks ridiculous.
