This is simply a proposal at this point, and it could be years before this begins, it's too early in the process to say at this point.

How can a building like this go here with a sewer in the middle of the property. Also where is all the heavy equipment going to park? Residential, only 2 lanes,schoolbus route,cannot park on Hwy 7.Also the owner been denied once already to build on Bruce Street.
