To construct a new eight-storey apartment building (with one mechanical penthouse above) containing 59 dwelling units, with a covered front entrance (the second through eighth stories will be cantilevered at the north portion of the building), three front ground floor patios, a rear ground floor outdoor amenity space, and a green roof on the south potion of the eighth storey.

Love the massing and architecture, reminds me of the simple but attractive apartment houses that make up so much of upper Manhattans neighbourhoods. Metrolinx must be smiling as well, with 0 parking spots everyone resident in these buildings is practically a guaranteed rider of the Crosstown.
 
Approved at C of A with the following conditions:
(1) A retail space, that could be used as a community cultural space, of a minimum of 58 m², be required at the corner on the ground floor of the proposed building, facing Vaughan Road, and an associated contiguous outdoor area, a minimum of approximately 23 m², be required, to the satisfaction of the Executive Director, Development Review.
(2) The owner/applicant must submit a parking justification letter to identify any impacts or mitigation measures related to the variances for residential visitor parking and accessible parking, to the satisfaction of the Manager,Transportation Review, Toronto and East York District.
