The window wall here looks incredible, clean and uncluttered, way better than what’s being installed right now at The Well. I guess the difference is that Harhay’s all about the details while RioCan’s all about the bottom line.
The difference is really night and day.

To be fair Tridel, is handling the residential portion of The Well but make no mistake about it I have no idea why RioCan would cheap out on the glass when creating such an ambitious overall project like that. It's pretty much one of their crown jewels.
 
And a--A. And you may not want to mention L*mb for a while...

As I said...strictly from a design perspective. I won't speak on them as people. aA has done work for all of those builders, but I was specifically talking about builders. aA is top notch, we know this. But pair them with a lame builder like Tridel and we get some duds. You need the right builder who understands design and won't cheapen a great design the way Tridel would....do I give those 3 builders a lot of credit.
