There's a new front page story up, and just republished moments ago with new information: the project won't need a mechanical penthouse floor up top as the building is hooked up to Toronto's Enwave heating and cooling system… which is kinda cool. Not sure how many other residential projects are connected.

I recall that when I was living at ROCP they had negotiations, but they couldn't come to an agreement; apparently it would have been too expensive for the condo corporation.
