This zombie proposal, first approved in 2014, has had another two resubmissions in the past two years. Purpose built rental with 400 units.
"AuroEdge Ltd. has submitted an application for Amendments to the Official Plan and a Zoning By-law to facilitate the development of one 16 storey, purpose-built rental, apartment building with 400 residential dwelling units. A second submission was received on May 13, 2024 which currently is under review."
