I assume from the description this will all fit on the adjacent parking north and west of the building, on the north side of the laneway.

I wonder why they didn’t go taller? Like 8 - 10 storeys or so, given the need for affordable housing in Toronto? Was it a funding or planning issue?

I would also expect that they didn't want to "rock-the-boat" too much with City Planning as it is in the YELLOW-BELT (Neighbourhood) zoned section of Alexandra Park...
