Currently on site is this single bungalow house here.

It would sure be nice having an apartment with windows on all four sides.

If it’s west of Runnymede, it’s no longer in the Junction but rather in the Runnymede neighbourhood, which has a different character. The “Junction area” strikes me as realtor fluff to be able to connect neighbourhoods in the vicinity of the Junction to the Junction, which is trendy and recognizable.

Admittedly, it’s a nice improvement over the days when the Junction was referred to as “High Park North” for real estate marketing purposes and its actual identity glossed over. However, it’s the same issue of the nuances of local urban geography being ignored to sell real estate.
