This is extremely surprising. Im surprised they dont want to go for residential here as that seems to be their MO around industrial areas in Etobicoke. Nevertheless it's a very interesting proposal for this area.

It's undoubtedly a step up for this rather ordinary suburban industrial area with the landscaping and even the historicist architecture. But they have to build it as shown for it to be remarkable with the same bricks, awnings, and windows.

Same issue I have with the gulf in quality that Neudorfer has between their nice brick heritage inspired townhomes and the thoughtlessly schlock highrises up at Dupont & Lansdowne.
