The powder-blue-tuxedo spandrel was a weird choice, but the orange accents on the podium are nice. Plus: real actual brick!

They look more like red to me
Btw, at first I was skeptical about the cladding on this one, but I got to say it's turning better than expected, plus the sprandel doesn't look too cheap. The combination of dark brown brick+red accents makes a nice contrast with the upper portion.

The colour of the top portion of this tower is ugly. The podium is fine, in fact I wish that brick went all the way up instead of that terrible spandrel.
Great vantage point wp! If that's a location you have regular access to, pics more often please!
