Nice to see more municipalities adopting better development application notice signs.

I remember when there was a Holiday Inn on part of this site - before the 1950s, Lyons Lane would have continued across the QEW to Sixth Line, providing an easy connection into the property.

I am surprised to see the majority of the units face northeast, towards the QEW and Oakville Place, rather than southwest, towards the ravine and lake.

Report was in front of Oakville’s Planning and Development Council on January 17th. Starts on page 26 of this link. Generally, the development seems to align with midtown Oakville’s planning policies. Would be great to finally see some development in this area. Recommendation coming at a later date.
