Hmm - - - what is this? It's not the 2-storey "Orchard Homes" from "Multilink" listed in the thread title. (I've updated the thread title since.)
This is waaaaay out in Scarborough, out near Montreal, in an area called West Hill, where Kingston Road swings down from the original alignment to the expressway alignment. Between this section of Orchard Park Dr and Kingston Rd is a wedge of parkland.
It turns out that no ZBA was required for this, nor an SPA—at least I cannot find records for either on the City of Toronto website, and I went back to 2006—but building permits (and a demolition permit for the previous single family home on the site) were applied for in September, 2016 and granted in October, 2020. (The demo permit was granted in November, 2020.) Talk about a slow brew.
So, one 5-storey, 14-unit apartment building coming up, and the fact it'll be rental apartments is why it's so hard to find anything out about this, even if Zolo.ca had that tiny rendering.
