So, @Froggy got me looking.........

The Decision Report I noted up thread, was approved by Council in September '24 (last year) in respect of the Zoning.

The SPA, however, has not been approved, and indeed, it hasn't been updated since 2023, the docs currently referencing an earlier 59s iteration.

There are currently no permits applied for/in process here, for building or for demolition.

Where do you see an indication of a switch to rental? I don't see a new Cover Letter, but if so, Alterra don't seem to have learned that condo suite sizes don't (and won't) lease in this market. Oof...
