I'm surprised a thread for this project doesn't exist. It's all over the condo guide, globe and mail etc..

Located at Prince Edward Dr. and Dundas St. W.

I believe this use to be marketed as 'The Strand' and they rebranded the project. http://www.kingswayterrace.com

Excuse while I clean the vomit off of my desk. This baby is a grocery list of faux touches: balustrade, molded cornices, and a lovely approximation of stone detailing that will no doubt be realized in precast. At the very least I hope the brick will be real, and not prefab panels as well.

It is sad, but modernism just wouldn't fly in the Kingsway neighbourhood.

Though this is more Lambton Mills than Kingsway. OTOH I agree that modernism'd have a tough time flying in something marketed as "the Kingsway"...

The building reminds me of the Tridel project Blythwood at Huntington. Both developments have similar target markets . . .

actually ... Kingsway Terrace looks WAYYYY better than Blythwood @ Huntington (sorry Tridel ... that project looked really bad)
