To construct a new three-storey apartment building containing ten dwelling units, with a covered front entrance at the northwest portion of the building, six rooftop terraces (located at the northwest, northeast, southeast, southwest, and side (south) portions of the building above the third floor) with one rooftop staircase access enclosure. Also, to construct a one-storey ancillary building (bicycle storage shed) in the rear yard. The existing shed in the rear yard will be demolished. There will be a total of 10 residential dwelling units on the lot within the apartment building.
